Has been over week since 1st post, I've been working busy since RM upstairs opened on Feb 2nd. Before starting this blog officially(?) I'd like to inform what I'm doing last half year at work, RM seafood.
To start off, RM seafood is a sustainable seafood resaurant located at Mandalay Bay Hotel, Las Vegas. We feature two different dining options. One is RM downstairs 200 seat casual fine dining room including sushi & raw bar, the other is recently opened RM upstairs, offering chef's tasting menu with more intimate setting. I start working at RM seafood on the end of July right after left L2o, chicago. Originally I was brought by chef Adam Sobel to be in charge of RM upstairs. But until We open RM upstairs last wk, I was working at RM downstairs. Some time work for catering event, hot line and as a expo. But mostly I spent my time in sushi last 5 months. 5 months working at sushi was really enjoyable and inspiring....
