Greeting from blogger. So today is 02/01/2010. I want to start my blog, the name is "restaurant P.S.I." I consider this gonna be the name of the restaurant I"ll open in Australia on 2018, 8 yrs from now. P.S.I. means Passion, Spirit, Inspiration. These three words are the main reason why I cook, I choose being chef and I live.
The reason why I start this blog gonna be mainly two reasons. 1. I want to document my upcoming culinary experiences as a record and future references. 2. I want to inspire people and get inspired by people through this blog.
