Development Plan CJWDT pt.I


When I take a job at RM seafood last July, I already decided to leave the U.S. on August. And at the time I also decided to go to Spain. If I can pick only one country for working before Australia, I would definely pick up Spain.

Over last 5 years I think Spain is recognized as capital of new revolutional gastronomy, so is called "molecular gastronomy". Chef Feran Adria of El Bulli definely open new era in culinary history. There're many of molecular style restaurants both in the U.S. and Spain, but Spanish molecular restaurants must be different from the ones in the U.S. So I definely wanna see and learn it with my senses in Spain.

So going Spain first and work next 2 years in Europe, then 2 yrs in Asia (especially HK, Shanghai and singapore attract me) and 2 more years somwhere, could be Canada, Africa, middle eastern, south America or New Zealand. On 2016 moving back Australia is my battle plan. These days I have been listing up restraurants all over the globe interest me. Lately Denmark attract me a lot, so I definely wanna go there and check it out possibly right after Spain and UK .

I bought one way flight ticket to Hamburg in Germany last week. In last minutes I decided to take 3 days vacation in Germany. I'm going to see wacken open air which is the oldest and biggest 3 days heavy metal festival in the world. Since I moved las vegas, I don't really have chance to see the concert, so I decided to take this opportunity to take a break. So I may start off stage from Germany or may flight to Spain right after the festival. Start off Spain or Germany, undecided yet!
