Belgium... before I start working on CJWDT, my image of Belgium is chocolates, waffles, mussels, pomme fries... definely food city. Belgian cuisne may not nationally recongnized as much as French, Italian and Spanish, but definely I had a image of land of gourmets. At wikipedia said "Belgium serves food of French quality in German quantities"
I'll stay 1 wk in Brussels and planning to taste the follwing Belgian speciality, at least...
Konjin in Gueze, Anguilles au vert, Moules Frites, Gegratineerd Witloof, Croquettes Aux Crevettes Grisesspéculoo, Gaufres, Speculoos... also beer and chocolate tasting is must!!

The following is the list of Belgian restaurants I made for CJWDT. Making the Belgian list of the restaurants for CJWDT was quite surprise to me, I never thought Belgium have so many nice restaurants which have balance between contemporary and molecular. Belgium was definely biggest surprise on CJWDT search.

The total of 17 restaurants... but there are problems, many of them is located out of the city and unaccesable by public transportation. So I don't send my resume to many of these restaurants. But still .... Belgium rocks!!Labels: CJWDT: EUROPE, CJWDT'10
