So... I just arrived at Amsterdam yesterday. I've sent out 10 resumes in Netherlans, but seems like no luck. One restraunt told me they have a position opening as a chef de partie, but I told them "no interest" and the other said no position right now, no luck so far....
Anyway Dutch cuisine.... Vlaamse Frites , Bitterballen, Kroketten, Broodje Haring, Pasteitje met Ragout, some stews seems like Dutch traditional... but I would Say sweet side is more interesting such as Stroopwaffeln, Pannenkoek, Limburgse Vlaai.... And in Amsterdam they seems like have many Indonesian and Surinamese restaurants. Especially interested in Rijsttafel in Indonesian restaurant, hope I have chance to try it... There're some Indian restaurants but accoring to my research, they are not good... , From tourist stand point , there are Febo(snack vending machine) which I never seen. I don't wanna try, but kinda funny to watch these. Here's the link for dutch cuisine.
