Culinary metal vagabond: CJWDT: Spain

Here I am in Barcelona right now... I have been 3 days now and this city is huge and have so much to see. The air, the architechtures, the astomosphere, the cultures... it is really inspiring. It is hard to say what I feel here, but if I desrcribe I say..... just walking and lost in the city itself remind myself I'm breathing a new air. I probably use one week to see around, markets, kinda touristy sight-seeing, arts, cathedral, gothic architechtures, flamenco and tapas!!

The follwoing is the list of the restaurants I made for Spain, Spain has been the country I wanted to visit last over years. Many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is I consider Spain (or El Bulli) is where molecular gastronomy originally came from. There're soma many restaurants I want to see in this country. The follwing list is not complete list of my restaurants list, but I know next year or near future I'll come back to Spain to get a job!! So primarly the list is focus on Barcelona and San Sebastian because these are the places I visit this time.

I have been traveling over 1 months now ans realized how hard to get one day stage, but hopefully I can get couple stages in Barcelona next week. I would love to go to San Sebastian, but if no one response to me, then I may consider to skip and going London from Barcelona... Next stage gonna be little special to me, because it's my 100th stage!!! Where it gonna be!???? Hope it happens in Spain!!

And.... I'll go to check out some beautiful markets, Jamon shops and tapas like follwing every day now!!
