CJWDT: Czech Republic

So... has been a while from last post. Most of readers on this blog may read my facebook post though, I had a trouble in London to get in and eventually sent back to Barcelona by UK border agent. I had three appointments for possible jobs in London, so it was painful, but I decided to skip London and move on.

I just arrived at Prague, Czech Republic yesterday. Honestly Prague or porbably Czech Republic food scene seems weak. But I have a really good friends in Prague, so I decided to visit Prague. One of my friend is Gwendal Le Ruyet, used to be my sous chef at Alain Ducasse at essex house in NY. The true professional, amzing chef and his Japanese wife is like my American sister, so I came over to spend some time with. Now he is a head chef of the restaurant called Celeste in Prague, so I'm planning to stage his restaurant day or two.
