So... I've done everything I could do in Denmark, it seems all I have is one job offer which we will talk about details this weekend. Now I'll fly over to Helsinki, Finland tommorrow, which was not in my original plan!! Compared with Danish & Swedish culinarly scene, the Finnish culinarly scene seems small and still behind. I honestly didn't think going Finland although Finland have many great meatl bands!! / laugh
But there is one restaurant I was actually interested from very beginning. The restaurant is called Chez Dominique, highly acclaimed restaurant with two michelin star and ranked #23rd on St pellergrinos the world's 50 best restaurants list 2010. I sent my resume and surprisingly they are interested in meeting me, saying may have a position for me!! So I decided to go to Helsinki with complete surprise!

I'm planning to go to Sweden right after Chez Dominique. It is logical goin Sweden, then Finland, but I've sent out my resumes to Sweden more than 1 wk ago and no one replied me there's possible position for me!! So I decided to go to Finland first. But I don't give up Stockholm / Sweden yet, it is nothing better than knocking the doors to ask for a job. So I'll do it in Stockholm next week. Let me hope I may find surprise postion opening in Stockholm or least couple inspiring stage!! After Sweden.... I'm working on.... no destination confirmed YET...
