CJWDT: Sweden

Sweden.... I'm on the ferry right this moment, the ferry is heading down to Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish culinary scene seems as strong as Copenhagen / Denmark, I mean the world top class!! In the past, I never thought scandinavia as foodie countries such as France, Spain, Japan.... But now I believe Nordic culinary scene is one of the best culinary destination, I must spend one or two yrs in my career soon or later before moving Australia....

So... for CJWDT europe '10, this is my final stop. There're many restaurants I want to check out through Europe, but I'll probably move on Singapore, Canada or Japan unless I make my decision to take a job offer somewhere right now. What's next post gonna be... I DON'T know myself !!
