CJWDT: Singapore

So.... back to the road to find "Right Place" where I can share my passion, spirit & inspriration... Singapore!! Exactly 10days, I'll fly to Singapore!! This gonna be no vacation, serious job hunting. I just simply seek and destroy.....

Anyway.... the food is strongly related to the culture, people & local ingredients. Sp then... what I think about Singapore....

Singapore is about same size as Tokyo, yes it's small. But it seems multicultural country. So it seems Singaporean cuisine reflect the diversity. And here's my thought: Singapore is widely famous for being clean and strict laws. SO I'm expecting to see all the Singapore kitchen are spotless and chefs are all tidy & clean. Well, I mean it should be anywhere in the world, but unfortunately sometimes famous Michelin restaurants don't know.... Anyway since I never been to Singapore before, I'm very exciting to discover lots of new ingredients. I'm sure this journey will be amazing and truly inspiring...

At this moment I have 3 appointments in Singapore. I have no clue if they actually looking for someone or not. I REALLY hope I can get "right job opportunity" and stay in Singapore. But if nothing work, I'm gonna move on to other Asia cities kind of mini CJWDT'11 Asian tour. But I hope no tour this year!! Singapore.... here I come!!
