Self-clamied "culinary metal vagabond", one of my biggest passion is traveling. Every time when I visit somewhere I never been, it just 'CLICK' my senses and bring me lots of inspirations into my life. If I can choose one occupation in my life, it gonna be..... not chef! nnn.. not heavy metal singer even though I love karaoke & metal, it will be 'traveler'. Simply because traveling is my biggest inspiration of my life!
Anyway(laugh) I have been keep stoking pictures from traveling, the album is called 'Develovision'. It is working as 'spice' to kick up, develop and enhance some visual image when I work on new dishes. Here's some pictures from my last traveling to Mexico, Mexico city. It's from multiple museums, so not like 'Mexico!!", but least I couldn't take those pictures without going Mexico! I have feeling those pictures will help developing new visual image of new dish one day........
