CJWDT: Italy

CJWDT'13 across the ocean from S.America to Europe... 32nd stop, Milan, Italy!  Italy has been one of the 3 countries I wanted to come long time.(it was Brazil, Italy and Taiwan)  I stayed in Milan for one week and fell in love with the city.  People, architecture, fashion....  it's elegant, stylish and fashionable...  having a great vibe to groove up creative mind, I had similar feeling Barcelona and Berlin.  If you visit Milan, Duomo and Galleria vittorio emanuele are must see(I mean who don't?), you can't help yourself but grabbing ur camera to shoot it!

Staying in Milan for one week is hardly enough to talk about Italian gastronomy, food scene in Italy is diverse and bottom less.  Just like France, Italy and Japan,  each regions have different background, produces and styles in despite the size of the country.  This is one of the countries I want to travel for couples months from north to south, west to east.

When I was in Milan, I tried to eat as much as I could .... in the budget(a bitter smile),  Eating in Milan was not like eating Vietnam, Turkey and Colombia where I ate something I never had.  What I had was pastas, risotto, panini, polenta, milanessa, osso bucco, gelato, tiramisu....  nothing like 'adventurous' in senses, but was... tastes GREAT!  plain, simple and no additional explanation!  The pictures above showing my munch time from Milan.

Unfortunately I couln't set up any stages in Milan/Italy.  According to the sources, Italy is like France, hard to get visa, need paper to be in the kitchen(even stage).  Plus people don't take short term stage and require to speak some Italian......  okay, hands up & journey must carry on!  CJWDT'13 Euphoriania grand tour continues next stop "CJWDT:  Slovenia" next!
