CJWDT: traveling, staging, going to the market, discovering local ingredients, tasting local foods, learning new flavor profiles.... It always make me creative, imaginative and inspiring. I went through kind of 'zone' several times when I can come up so many new dish ideas. But these sometimes make me sad and miserable because..... I don't have the kitchen to work. My heart bent over and hard to make me motivate to talk about cooking on this blog.
But... Crying like little boy is over and time to get back!! After I came through many(MANY) countries..... I'm in Brisbane right now!! So far no luck on job-hunting/a bitter(well... just let you people know: I have no job because I suck..... no, because I kicked 4 job offers in Australia last one month/a bitter smile since I'm EXTREMELY picky about what I want/where I work) Is this the end of my world tour? The answer is "IT SHOULD BE", especially since I intend to open P.S.I. in Australia.
I have murdered every pennies I have for CJWDT and currently using up my initial funds for P.S.I. It's bad, REAL BAD. After paco jet, I may have no money /a bitter smile BUT I live now, not for the future. Go as culinary metal vagabond who is also called "UNCHAINED". I'll stay in Australia up to February and see if anything comes up next one month. If I have no luck.... New Zealand? Canada? UK? Dubai? U.S.A.(gasp)? .... I wanna go to India so badly..... Will see where my GastRomancing saga take me to..... Hope you readers have wonderful Christmas and happy new year!!!
