Culinary metal vagabond: CJWDT: U.S.A.

During my 14(!!) months of worldwide job hunting, I had many job offers, but nothing seems "right" job opportunity for me at the end...... I was looking for only small dining room/small team restaurant with preferably one degustaion menu only like Coi & Baume I have worked. Even though "degustation only" getting popular these days, that kind of restaurants is still not that many worldwide. And I'm also looking for the job only the management position plus sponsorship..... could imagine easily how difficult to find my new job! So... after 3 months plus of job search in Australia, I decided to come to the U.S. to find "right" job opportunity I have been looking for last 4 years(!!). Here at least I don't require sponsorship, I could fight with other applicants in culinary octagon with same condition!
